The guards are known to patrol the streets of both the Commerce and Residential Districts as well as the Open Market. Along the City's walls there can be guards stationed keeping watching for travelers as well as dangers.
  
There are various stores and shops within the Commerce District for different kinds of necessities.
Within the Commerce District there is a three-story clinic that serves the medical needs of all in the City. This is also the place to come to for when same sex couples wish to have a child grown in an incubator.
