This building is within the Commerce District as a means of safety. Here is where those who strive on keeping Ce'deavi Keep safe from trouble and outside threats work. The guards are known to patrol the streets of both the Commerce and Residential Districts as well as the Open Market. Along the Keep's walls there can be guards stationed keeping watching for travelers as well as dangers.
  
There are various stores and shops within the Commerce District for different kinds of necessities.
This bar and grill is open to all and has live music for entertainment purposes for the patrons. On the weekends patrons are able to step up onto the small stage for some karaoke.
  
Within the Commerce District there is a three-story clinic that serves the medical needs of all in the Keep. This is also the place to come to for when same sex couples wish to have a child grown in an incubator.
