The market is open to all who travel to Teh'rhan to trade goods with merchants. Those who wish to buy seafood can go to the fish market due to the smell alone. Anyone is welcome to come so long as they have the coin.
The harbor is accessible by all to travel by boat or to fish. Connected to the busy harbor is a fish market that is also open to all who either work there or have the coin to spend.
