The Sapphire Mist can be rather difficult to get into if one is not of the upper class. This fine establishment is pricey and the interior is that of lavish design. Only the best of the best foods and drink for the patrons who enter.
  
The Rolling Barrel is a popular spot to go to for those in a more middle class standing. It's not very pricey and there have been fights known to occur here, however there is an unspoken rule that everyone be on their best behavior if they wish to be allowed within the establishment's walls.

Along one of the roads leading deeper into the Capital are a plethora of taverns lining the roads, where you can get food, drink, and on occasion temporary housing for travelers. With how populous the Capital is there are plenty of Taverns to choose, from the rowdy rough-housing tavern of The Rolling Barrel and the higher class tavern The Sapphire Mist.
